Me - a tired teen?

So we're all tired sometimes. But what if you're ALWAYS tired? You can't do even normal things anymore, if you're tired enough. Especially if you're a teenager, when most people still grow a few inches (and kilos). Perhaps life is just too exciting at times for us to understand the importance of sleep.

I usually go to sleep at 22:30 and wake up at 6:45, and I think that's not enough for me. I think that I wouldn't go to sleep earlier. So, if school starts later, I'd get more time to sleep! 9 o'clock would be enough, because usually my school day stats at 8.

Sometimes I'm very tired at school and I almost fall asleep in the class. That isn't nice, but even if I go to sleep earlier in the evening, I'm tired anyway. During the school week I'm trying to go to bed at least at eleven o'clock. That is sometimes very hard, because I have skating practise ending at nine o'clock and I'm back at home at ten o'clock. So I just have to try to sleep well!

In school I am usually tired. I sleep about six or seven hours at nights. It is not enough, but I have so much to do with my friends, family and pets. I have a horse and a dog and I have to take care of them every day. I think I don't have time for sleeping. Last year in school I was very tired and I couldn't focus to learn things.

I'm usually tired because I sleep less than I should. I go to sleep at 11-12pm and sometimes wake up at middle of the night. I wake up ar 6am and go to school at half past seven. Exept when my school starts at 9AM, I wake up at seven.

As it comes to me, i usually happen to fall asleep really late always; regretting it the next morning right away. But i think that a law which allows teenagers to go to school from 11-12 AM would be ridiculous. The reason due me having such an opinion is that young kids/teenagers would be so tired 24/7 and their school days would end so much later giving them very little free time. In my opinion the maximum delay for a school day to start would be probably an hour or two but definetly not more. Another problem that would occur would be their future life. If they are already living in a way where their day starts at lunch time, how are they going to manage their jobs in the future?
