Kings and Queens.... Continued!

At last! We're back at school, and here we have the remaining texts about our imaginary lives as kings and queens. Queen Marie, Queen Charlotta - take it away!

Queen For a Day

If I got a chance to be the queen of the world for one day, I would totally take the offer. As a queen I would maybe make some new laws to replace some of the old ones. I would try to be nice to everyone so my people would like me better. I'd make poor people rich so they could afford to buy proper food, some new clothes and maybe a better apartment.

But I'd think about myself, too. I'd book flights for the next year or two in the 1st class so that I could travel everywhere I've ever wanted to go. Then I would go shopping and buy loads of clothes and shoes and accessories. I'd also buy a big mansion that would include a huge yard with a swimming pool and a tennis court. In my mansion I would have a lot of different kinds of animals with me. There would also be a nice little horse stable in the yard and workers who'd take care of the animals when I wouldn't have time to do it myself.

Oh, and then I'd make vacations last longer. The summer vacation would be about 3 to 4 months long and the winter holiday about 2 months. I'd try to make people understand that protecting nature is important and that all people are equal and should be treated the same.

Then maybe, when the day would come to its end and my time to give away the crown would come, people would be a little smarter and the world would be a little better place to stay. At least that's what I wish for.

Queen for a day

If I could be a queen for one day, I would live in the castle. I’d enjoy all the fabulous things like swimming pools, huge beds, servants and extremely good food. I would want to see every corner of the castle and meet other royals. I’d want to know what is the royals life like, what they do in their free-time, how hard their life is, what it is like when everyone know who you are, is there any privacy things and stuff like that. I’d like to get know them. I’d love to see all the fabulous dresses and shoes and maybe even try them on.

I think that most of youngsters would just have fun, do whatever they want and control the country, but I’d want to really get to know them and have a realistic picture of their life.
